Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel
Alexander has more than 16 years of corporate management and legal experience. He oversees all company operations as well as corporate legal, ESG and compliance matters. Prior to joining Elementum, he was head of the Corporate Support Department at DTEK Renewables where he developed and led all business support functions. Prior to that, Alexander was general counsel for Risoil S.A., a Swiss-based agricultural commodities trading firm and port operator. He received a J.D. from Odessa I. I. Mechnikov National University in 2004.
Chief Financial Officer
Olga has over 12 years of experience in corporate risk management, banking relations, reporting and controls. She oversees all company finance functions, as well as reporting and controlling. Prior to Elementum, she was CFO at Delta Wilmar, an agriculture and food processing company, where she managed both the finance and IT functions. Prior to that, she was a senior credit officer at Bank Forum Commerzbank Group where she implemented reporting and control systems to better track the bank's loan approval and acceptance processes. She received an M.Sc. in Finance from the Kyiv National Trade & Economic University in 2008.
Alexander has almost 20 years of experience in renewable power as a certified electrical engineer. He is responsible for technical operations and maintenance of our solar power plants, as well as supervising new project construction. Prior to Elementum, he worked for Volterra Energy Group, an alternative energy company based in Kyiv, where he oversaw the operation of multiple solar power plants. He earned a B.Sc. in Power Engineering at the Tavria State Agrotechnological Academy in 2005 and was certified as an electrical technician in 2001.
Victoria has over eight years of experience as both as a practicing lawyer and as corporate counsel. As the company’s senior lawyer, she oversees the corporate legal function. Prior to Elementum, she managed the legal department at DTEK Renewables. Prior to that, she practiced law in the Kyiv offices of Kinstellar, and also spent four years as a corporate lawyer for ADM Illichivsk, a subsidiary of Archer Daniels Midland. She received a Bachelor of Law (2011) and a Master of Law (2012) from the National University Odessa Law Academy, and a LL.M. in Commercial and International Law with distinction (2013) from the University of Buckingham in the United Kingdom.
Victoria has more than nine years of experience managing large-scale energy projects covering planning, development, implementation and risk management. She oversees the construction of our renewable projects, along with analysing potential investment and growth opportunities in the renewables space. Prior to Elementum, she led project management at DTEK Renewables. She has a B.Sc. in Management (2010), and an M.Sc. in Telecommunication Engineering (2011), both from the Donetsk National Technical University.
Head of Monitoring
Roman has several years of experience in managing the day-to-day operations of multiple solar plants. He oversees the daily operations of our plants. Prior to Elementum, he was responsible for monitoring and analysis of solar plants at Volterra Energy Group, a Kyiv-based alternative energy company. Prior to that, he held various roles at other renewable energy producers overseeing monitoring and technology interfaces for many different solar plants. He graduated from the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute with an M.Sc. in Energy Management and Systems Technology in 2009.
Anastasia has more than 20 years of accounting, audit and reporting experience across a variety of industries. She is a certified accountant and auditor (ACCA, CAP). Prior to Elementum, she was the chief accountant at OTTO Group, a major global online retailer and service provider, and prior to that, she was head of accounting at EastOne Group, an international investment advisory group. She has a B.Sc. in Accounting (2004) and an M.Sc. in Organizational Management (2007), both from the Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture.
