We develop, own and operate large-scale renewable energy projects with a focus on sustainability, low environmental impact and community engagement.

Our Story

Since our establishment in 2018, our focus has been on developing solar plants in Ukraine with approximately 540 MW in current operation.

We have recently expanded into wind power and are actively pursuing other renewable projects across the CEEMEA region.

OUR MISSION STATEMENT

To provide reliable clean energy via sustainable and renewable sources.

OUR CORE BELIEFS

  • Clean, renewable energy is poised to become the world’s primary source of electricity.
  • Renewable energy combined with widespread electrification will be the path to de-carbonization.
  • Helping to deliver this future is both a business and social mission for us.

OUR CORPORATE VISION

LEAD

We aim to lead in the transition to a sustainable energy future. Our highly-skilled and motivated workforce pushes boundaries to solve complex renewable energy challenges.

DELIVER

The energy chain is built on reliability.  We deliver on our commitments to provide clean, reliable power. Our corporate culture is built on transparency and accountability. We work with partner governments, contractors and customers in a collaborative and constructive manner.

INNOVATE

Technological change drives continual efficiency improvements in clean energy production. Our engineering and development teams operate on the basis of continuous improvement and early adoption of emerging trends in equipment, design and operation for and of renewable energy facilities.

EXECUTE

Our team of managers, engineers and technicians have demonstrated a clear ability to consistently execute on complex renewable energy installations efficiently and expeditiously. In the past two years, in addition to commissioning 28 solar plants, our first wind project, the 40 MW Dnistrovsky Wind Power Plant, is scheduled for commissioning in Q1-2021. Further development projects are moving through our assessment process towards final investment decision.
