Alexander Podprugin joins Elementum Energy as COO & General Counsel
Alexander Podprugin has been appointed the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of Elementum and is based in Kyiv, Ukraine. He will oversee all operational, compliance and corporate legal matters of the company. He will also coordinate the company’s ESG activities and framework.
Alexander was most recently the head of corporate support department at DTEK Renewables. In this capacity, he led HR, Legal, PR and Procurement groups with responsibility for corporate support when DTEK Renewables boosted its portfolio of renewable energy assets to 1 GW and attracted green bond financing. Prior to DTEK Renewables, Alexander spent seven years with several major companies in the fields of food processing, commodity trading and agricultural manufacturing.
