Elementum Energy completes acquisition of Volterra Energy Group’s minority stake
Elementum Energy has completed the acquisition of Volterra Energy’s minority stake in ten joint-venture solar projects thereby consolidating its control over the companies which operate more than 140 MW of renewable solar energy capacity in Ukraine.
The ten solar plants, ranging in capacity size from 10 MW to 20 MW, are located in the Kirovohrad, Mykolaiv and Poltava regions. Built from equipment supplied by top-tier producers, these power plants went online in 2019.
