Key areas of responsibility:
• Monitoring of legislative and regulatory developments in the energy sector (including NEURC, government and
parliament)
• Analysis of the upcoming regulatory changes and assessment of their impact on the business, assessment of the
barriers to investors with suggestions to overcome them
• Preparation of draft official letters, position papers and proposals of the company
• Development and structuring of arguments for regulatory initiatives
• Analysis of EU regulatory practices and their potential application in Ukraine
• Preparation of structured analytical materials (briefs, summaries, talking points)
• Taking part in discussions and events organized by relevant stakeholders (associations, embassies, NGOs,
governmental agencies)
• Managing contractors (budgeting, contracts, related)

Qualifications:
• Higher education in Law (preferred) / Economics / Energy or related fields
• 1–3 years or more of relevant experience (legal, analytical, consulting or related roles)
• Strong ability to work with regulatory and legal documents and extract key insights
• Experience in drafting structured written materials (analytical notes, letters, presentation)
• Strong analytical and structuring skills
• Ability to process large volumes of information in a dynamic and evolving regulatory environment
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to write clearly, concisely and to the point
• Good presentation and argumentation skills
• English – Intermediate+ (ability to work with English-language materials)
